NPR&M President Betty Galligan will lead this free seminar at the R.I. Economic Development Corporation as part of the Every Company Counts program on Wednesday, November 16, 2011 from 9:00 am to 11:00 am. If you’ve ever wondered how to use social media to market your business, this workshop is for you. Many of the Web-based techniques to promote your organization’s products, services and brand relationships online are not only powerful and far-reaching, they are free. Learn to navigate through the multitude of social media channels available to your business and discover how best to interact “socially” with your key customers. Topics include the importance of analyzing and segmenting your audiences for marketing success, why the “feedback loop” is critical, and how to develop and implement a strategic social media program that’s measurable and results-oriented.
